major changes
That is what tomarrow brings…a new start that hopefully will be bringing some wonderful new changes.
If you guys read my last blog where I was so pissed–then you know i’ve started reading a book by Paul Mckenna–I can make you thin. (and i’ll be listening to his cd). I’ve had many thoughts in my head while reading. Last night, I was moved to tears when he said after reading the book, go buy some groceries that you like to eat. My reaction–are you freaking serious?? I have so many negative thoughts…dos & donts that surround food—that this is really gonna take a lot of mental work. But, the way I look at it, try his way til January–plenty of time to really follow the program (hopefully for life) and see what happens. Its actually veryyyyy simple… I have lots of learning to do–letting go of all that negativity.
Anyway, I am looking forward to this as a fresh start. I just wanted to let you guys know i’m doing this….we will see how it goes. Wish me luck.
Good luck! I’m looking forward to finding out how it works for you. You’re like our own little guinea pig….lol
LMAO—thanks Sandy!!
good luck!
well your welcome to join my challenge! it starts tomorrow!
The best of Luck. The thing is tho, Luck has nothing to do with with it!! It is diligance, persistance, patiences, consistancy. All those things we as women, have never applied to ourselves before. I too am starting over again!!! But this time, I am going to Christ base mine way of eating, and life. I will trust in him, because he can and does all things! So I pray you have persistance, patiences, consistancy, and the diligance on your new adventure. God Bless Deb.
Love Mary
Good luck Deb!!!!!!!
MIND SET!!! Isn’t that what this is all about? Getting food back where it belongs, a necessity to live, YOU EAT TO LIVE, not living to eat. Not letting food run your life, your emotions, everything. I’m checking into this guy’s book. I’m skeptical about any book or plan that claims anything, anymore. Even Dr. Phil’s a man I admire. I want someone that has been overweight, struggled with loosing and keeping it off, and isn’t a millionaire that lives in LA to write a book. Then I’d be more inclined to believe.
Good luck my friend
Wow..really? Hmmm… yep please let us know what he is saying!
